Charlie Health is hiring a few exceptional Contemplative Practitioners to provide remote, telehealth services to our clients. This is a contract / 1099 position that allows you the flexibility to schedule sessions and work wherever you are most comfortable. We request that our facilitators are able to dedicate at minimum 9 permanent group hours per week to facilitate group sessions and build valuable connections with our clients.

People know Charlie Health for our warm and empathetic team. While each individual facilitator has their own interests, expertise, and style, we require all team members to be well versed in a variety of therapeutic modalities. Our clients are struggling to cope with underlying mental health issues and benefit from facilitators that are sophisticated and relational. Successful candidates are committed to bettering the mental health of their clients and are adept at self-care, ensuring they are prepared to give their best every day to address the rural mental health crisis.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience and/or experience in mental health or behavioral health is required.
• Must be available during late afternoons and evenings on weekdays (3-8pm MT on Monday to Thursday) and on Saturdays.
• Experience with a wide range of ages, including children, teens, young adults, and adults is required.
• Experience with high acuity populations is required.
• Must be certified in your contemplative practice (all disciplines are welcome to apply), and/or hold a Clinical license.
• Minimum 3 years of teaching/facilitating experience in your contemplative field.
• Master’s degree in mental health or related field strongly preferred.
• Availability between 9 and 40 hours per week.
• The technical ability to run effective telehealth sessions.
• Reliable WIFI connection when meeting with clients.
• Familiarity with and willingness to use cloud-based communication software—Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox.
• Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency.
