We’re looking for Registered Nurses to join our growing Community Nursing team working in the northern suburbs of Adelaide. We are seeking nurses interested in working PM shift which is 14:00 - 22:00pm.

As a Community Nurse you will:

• Build rapport with your clients in their homes
• Provide care and service to clients in line with their personalised care plans
• Conduct health assessments
• Administer chronic wound care and medication
• Provide education and support to the patient and their family

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
• Current drivers’ licence & reliable vehicle
• 2 Years’ recent acute experience in a hospital or community setting
• Competent IT skills/literacy

Requirements

• Previous experience working in the community, delivering a broad range of nursing care and interventions
• Comfortable working autonomously with a patient centred approach
• Ability to spot client deterioration
