[Hiring] Community Nurse @healthvision

Role Description

We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Registered Nurse Contractor to provide specialist clinical services across the Manawatū region.

As an independent contractor, you will work autonomously, delivering high-quality clinical care and support to people in their homes and within the community. You will utilize your nursing expertise to:

• Conduct assessments
• Provide case management and patient education
• Support positive health outcomes for those in your care

The role also involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with:

• GP practices
• Healthcare providers
• Other referral partners

This opportunity is ideally suited to a clinically confident nurse with extensive wound care experience and a genuine passion for community-based healthcare. Experience in district or community nursing would be highly advantageous.

As a contractor with Healthvision, you will have the autonomy to manage your caseload while being supported by an experienced clinical team committed to delivering exceptional care outcomes.

Qualifications

• New Zealand Registration and current practicing certificate
• Experience in wound and/or burn cares is required
• Prior experience in catheter and continence management
• Hold a current drivers licence
• Access to a reliable vehicle
• Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
• Demonstrate a commitment to providing the best service delivery to our clients
