[Hiring] Collaborating Physician @Superpower

Role Description

We are seeking a part-time Collaborating Physician to support our clinical team and advance Superpower’s mission. This role will provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and collaboration with advanced practice providers (NPs), ensuring that our care model is safe, effective, and aligned with best practices in preventative and longevity-focused medicine.

• Serve as a collaborating physician for NPs practicing within Superpower’s care model.
• Review and co-sign charts as required by state regulations.
• Participate in periodic team meetings to guide clinical strategy.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal practice standards.

Qualifications

• MD/DO, Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related specialty.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in all 50 states + DC.
• Previous experience collaborating with NPs preferred.
• Strong interest in functional medicine, preventative medicine, longevity, and patient-centered care.
• Experience prescribing and managing GLP-1s, peptides, and hormone therapies, including TRT.
• Comfortable with evidence-based off-label prescribing where clinically appropriate.
• Excellent communication and mentorship skills.
• Comfortable working in a tech-enabled, fast-moving startup environment.

Requirements

• Part-time, flexible schedule (estimated 5 - 10 hours per week).
• Remote.
