Role Description

The Clinical Support Coordinator is responsible for performing assigned centralized functions in the home care setting.

• Complete assigned tasks in EPIC EMR and other applications/areas for documented workflow procedures
• Generates lists and reports as requested
• Follows customer service etiquette
• Performs various clerical tasks in support of the clinical teams
• Assists nurses or clinicians with various tasks, paperwork, and reporting requests
• May inventory and order office and clinical supplies as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is required. Home care experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with an ability to work independently and multi-task.
• Knowledge of EPIC and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
