[Hiring] CLINICAL SUPERVISOR @VOLUNTEER BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

Role Description

Immediate full time position for an Outpatient Clinical Supervisor. This is a remote position. Candidates must reside in the Middle Tennessee area.

• Provide clinical services to a population of outpatient adults, children, and adolescents.
• Provide intervention, assessment/intake, treatment planning, triage, individual therapy, group therapy, and/or play therapy as necessary.
• Ensure all documentation necessary to meet contract, licensure, and appropriate behavioral health organization requirements is completed in a timely manner per VBHCS standards.
• Meet the productivity standards as outlined by VBHCS, based on the number of hours worked per month.
• Clinical services will include:
  • Individual therapy
  • Intakes
  • Assessments (e.g., DLA 20, Columbia Suicide Assessment, PHQ9)
  • Discharge planning
  • Treatment planning
  • Appropriate referral to internal/external services and support systems
  • Staffing of consumers
• Liaison and/or consultation with other service providers and referral sources necessary to achieve treatment goals.

Qualifications

• Must have Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health field and be licensed.
• Experience in outpatient therapy with various populations.
• Current active licensure with the State of Tennessee.
• Specialized training in counseling and psychotherapy.
• Familiarity with models such as Brief Cognitive Therapy, EMDR, Brief Solution Focused, Play Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and group therapy.

Requirements

• Licensed for at least 3 years.
• Completed all training and certification for supervision.
• Must retain certification while employed in this position.

Benefits

• Salary Range: $70,000.00/year.
