Role Description
The Clinical Solutions Consultant reports to the Director of Clinical Solutions, executing hands-on solution design and delivery for client engagements, with a focus on driving successful adoption and utilization of our nursing triage and patient engagement technology. This role sits at the intersection of clinical expertise, consultative strategy, and product knowledge. The Clinical Solutions Consultant owns the solution from initial scoping through sustained field performance โ serving as the clinical voice that translates platform capability into operational confidence, and the consultant who ensures expectations are set and met.

Lead solution demonstrations during the sales phase, connecting platform capabilities to each prospectโs clinical and operational reality.

Set clear, calibrated expectations throughout the engagement โ scope, workflow impact, and what successful adoption looks like in practice.

Produce solution design documentation that anchors every downstream decision, from configuration to training to go-live.

Ensure alignment between solution design and financial impact analysis.

Serve as the internal expert โ articulating what the customer bought, why it matters clinically, and how it should be deployed.

Anchor client-facing training by grounding system functionality in workflow context: not just how to use the platform, but how it supports better care at 2am.

Draft escalation protocols and Policies & Procedures in clinical language that reflect real triage practice.

Communicate across audiences of varying backgrounds, from field staff to executive sponsors.

Identify and resolve expectation gaps between internal and external stakeholders during kickoff and implementation.

Evaluate go/no-go readiness and support the first night bridge with real-time clinical and operational guidance.

Partner with Account Management on post-launch reviews, translating utilization data into insights that drive corrective action or expanded adoption.

Own scope assessment and implementation of workflow change requests, maintaining alignment with the original solution design.

Travel up to 15% to support high-impact client engagements and strategic company meetings.
Qualifications

Client Expectation Management: Proactively establishes and maintains calibrated expectations across the full engagement lifecycle.

Clinical Translation: Makes complex triage workflows and product capabilities understandable and compelling to diverse audiences.

Consultative Judgment: Strong instincts for how to lead difficult conversations and position solutions in high-friction situations.

Solution Design Ownership: End-to-end accountability for experience design across the caller, client staff, triage staff, and patient journey.

Cross-Functional Alignment: Keeps solution design, financial metrics, and client expectations aligned across stakeholder groups.

Analytical Fluency: Translates utilization patterns into actionable clinical and operational recommendations.

Adaptability: Performs well when the product, market, and client needs are all moving simultaneously.

Licensed clinician, bachelorโs degree preferred.

Minimum 3 years of clinical or healthcare experience, with at least 1โ2 years in an operational, consultative, informatics, or client-facing technology role within home health or hospice.

Direct experience in triage, after-hours care, or telephone nursing strongly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to communicate clinical concepts across diverse audiences, from front-line staff to executive stakeholders.

Experience managing client expectations in a SaaS or healthcare technology context is a meaningful differentiator.

Working knowledge of EMRs, clinical decision support tools, and telehealth or triage solutions.

Comfort interpreting utilization data and translating findings into client-ready narratives.
