Role Description
Engage has partnered with a leading, research-driven, biopharmaceutical company. We are seeking a performance-driven, proven, and ambitious Clinical Regional Manager to oversee/lead a team of clinical educators who provide educational support and training to Healthcare Professionals and other office staff within oncology facilities/offices in their management of patients with cancer.

Supervise the Clinical Educators in their territory.

Work with the Program Management and client to decide the most efficient allocation of Clinical Educators.

Conduct performance evaluations and manage routine staffing issues such as PTO, sick time, etc.

Monthly or every other month field travel with each Clinical Educator to assess and evaluate their communication and presentation skills.

Management of new Clinical Educator onboarding as needed.

Prepare and conduct on-site Clinical Educator meetings twice a year.

Evaluate each Clinical Educator territory for adequate coverage and in-service needs.

Manage all conference attendance and feedback loops.

Work with all key stakeholders to fill open positions as soon as practicable.

Key contact for team feedback on tools and materials.

Recommend Clinical Educator and Program needs for continual success.

Organize training on new indications and processes for the Clinical Educators.

Attend client national sales meeting and align content and training to team needs.

Communicate with clientβs field representatives regarding Clinical Educator performance.

Explain goals and expectations to the Clinical Educator team.

Identify and share best practices across regions and territories.

Complete all required administrative responsibilities in a timely manner.

Attend and complete all training courses and related competency assessments required by Inizio or the Client.

Maintain all company equipment and materials in accordance with company instructions.

Comply with all Inizio Policies and Procedures, along with all Client Policies and Procedures as required.

Maintain professional registration and/or licensing as required by applicable state laws.

Possess a full valid US driverβs license at all times.

Perform other duties as requested.
Qualifications

Registered Nurse with active state license with no restrictions.

BSN required.
-
At least 2 years of management experience in a healthcare setting, preferably field leadership of Clinical educator team.

At least 3 years of Clinical educator experience within pharma or a hospital setting.

Must have at least five (5) years of recent oncology nursing experience.

Must have at least five (5) years of general nursing experience that includes direct patient care, physical assessment, patient education, and proficiency in peripheral IV access.

Chemotherapy infusion experience is a must.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Valid motor vehicle license and proof of insurance.

Good communication, speaking, and writing skills.

Ability to travel, including overnight travel.
Requirements

The base pay range for this position is $109K β $202K per year.

The final compensation offered will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
