Role Description

Join our PharMerica team! PharMerica is a closed-door pharmacy where you can focus on fulfilling the pharmaceutical needs of our long-term care and senior living clients. We offer a non-retail pharmacy environment. Our organization is in high growth mode, which means advancement opportunities for individuals who are looking for career progression!

Remote: May reside anywhere with the Continental USA. No matter what time zone in which you reside, you must be able to work Central Time Zone hours.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 11am - 7:30pm CENTRAL Time Zone

Responsibilities:

• Sets goals for/with team
• Creates action plans to reach goals
• Utilizes planning tools such as “To Do” lists and Outlook tools to stay on task
• Delegates appropriately
• Prepares reports and analyzes metrics
• Posts stats on white boards
• Monitors volumes for the pend queue, RX Allow, fax to Prescription Drug Plan, groups to ensure timely processing of all forms relating to prior authorizations and consults with Manager/Director
• Implements/deploys operational enhancements to optimize team performance, and to increase team productivity and performance
• Maximizes utilization of resources across the team
• Embrace a positive leadership style that promotes teaming, strategy and synergy
• Performs other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Education/Learning Experience
• Required: Associate degree
• Desired: Bachelor’s Degree
• Work Experience
• Required: Two plus years in a Call Center environment
