[Hiring] Clinical Business Lead @Humana

Role Description

The Clinical Business Lead provides comprehensive, operational and team lead support for programs serving members who are dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid. This role partners with clinical and operational leaders to coordinate daily workflows and staffing, monitor productivity and quality, identify and address barriers, reinforce accountability, and support consistent execution of operational priorities.

In this role, you will:

• Provide operational oversight and team lead support for MI HIDE workflows.
• Ensure work is monitored consistently and barriers are identified promptly.
• Address issues requiring clarification, escalation, or leadership intervention appropriately.
• Lead support for State/Regional workflows, ensuring alignment with operational priorities.
• Ensure timely follow-up on work activity and consistent communication of expectations.
• Escalate workflow, staffing, quality, or performance concerns as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and/or programs serving dual-eligible populations
• 3 or more years of project leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead daily operations, coordinate staffing and workloads, monitor associate productivity and quality, identify performance trends and barriers, provide coaching support, reinforce accountability, and escalate operational concerns appropriately

Requirements

• Occasional travel up to 25%
• Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
• Self-provided internet service must meet the following criteria:
  • Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps
  • Minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps
  • Wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
• Humana reserves the right to require associates to upgrade their internet service if necessary.
• While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$104,000 - $143,000 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based upon company and/or individual performance.
