[Hiring] Clinical Applications Manager @Business Needs

Role Description

The Clinical Applications Manager will lead and support clinical application systems, including design, build, testing, implementation, maintenance, and optimization activities. This individual will partner closely with clinical stakeholders to understand workflows, documentation requirements, and clinical practice standards, ensuring that application solutions effectively support patient care and operational needs.

• Supporting clinical users through application expertise and workflow analysis
• Collaborating with clinicians to develop and adapt protocols and processes
• Preparing detailed specifications, including clinical workflows, information flow diagrams, risk assessments, and impact analyses
• Providing troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer support as needed
• Leading application teams and driving best practices across clinical systems

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience supporting the Epic Radiant module (support experience required; implementation experience alone is not sufficient)
• Prior application leadership experience
• Supervisory/management experience, including leading teams and managing direct reports
• Experience supervising a team of 6 full-time employees and 1 contractor is highly preferred
• Epic Radiant Certification (required)
• Epic Cupid Certification (strongly preferred but not required)
