Role Description

Jefferson Healthcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Triage Clinic Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate expertise in delivering remote clinical assessments, health education, and utilization management services to our community. This role encompasses:

• Evaluating patients' medical conditions through phone consultations
• Offering immediate care guidance
• Coordinating appropriate referrals or interventions
• Handling triage calls
• Responding to inquiries related to medical conditions, medications, diagnostic tests, and more

Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN license in good standing
• BLS Certification required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Triage experience preferred
• Primary Care RN experience preferred
• Emergency Department experience preferred

Requirements

• Per diem; 16 hours/week; Day Shift (0700-1730); Monday-Friday
