Role Description

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen. We are seeking a Band 4 Child Health Promotion Advisor to join our fantastic team within a Centralised Contact Duty Hub in various locations across Cheshire East, Knowsley, St Helens and Wirral - permanent position. This position would suit anyone wishing to work agile or remotely. There are various hours available.

If you are an enthusiastic and forward-thinking nurse who wants to make a real difference to children and their families, then this could be the opportunity you have been looking for, offering a variety of work within our Centralised Duty Contact Hub that will include delivering aspects of the Healthy Child Programme.

You will be joining a proactive skill mixed team working together to deliver the Healthy Child Programme. As part of the 0-19+ / 0-25 Services, you will be delivering public health advice and person-centred packages of care via virtual contacts.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Confidence in the use of technology and new digital innovations
