[Hiring] Board-Certified Physician for Disability Appeal Reviews @Emperion

Role Description

Join Our Nationwide Panel of Physician Reviewers at PeerLink Medical, a URAC-accredited Independent Review Organization (IRO) and health-tech innovator.

• Conduct independent, evidence-based file reviews.
• Review patient records and related documentation in alignment with clinical guidelines.
• Provide objective, high-quality reports within turnaround timelines.
• Maintain compliance with URAC, HIPAA, and internal quality standards.

Qualifications

• Active Board-Certification.
• Current, unrestricted U.S. State Medical License.
• Engaged in clinical practice 20 hours/week or more.
• Experience in peer review, utilization review, or independent medical examination is preferred but not required.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to document findings clearly.
• Comfortable working independently and using online review platforms.

Requirements

• This is a 1099 independent contractor role.

• Currently recruiting reviewers specializing in PM&R, Infectious Disease, Allergy and Immunology, and Neurology.
