[Hiring] Board Certified Behavior Analyst @Intercare Therapy

Role Description

This is a full time hourly remote position. Hours will be scheduled based on client needs and your availability within this limit. The minimum availability requirement for this role is five weekdays of availability in at least two time-blocks (8am-12pm, 12pm-3pm, or 3pm-7pm). Your caseload will be assigned in partnership with Regional Clinical Directors and/or the Senior Managing Director, ABA Client Intake, Admissions, and Planning.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a full-time hourly remote BCBA. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Designing, implementing, and overseeing behavior analytic services for clients with autism and related disorders.
• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing and overseeing ABA therapy programs.
• Providing remote supervision and consultation services to clients and their families.
• Supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.
• Collecting and analyzing data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
• Participating in team meetings and case reviews.
• Staying current with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy.
• Ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Traveling to client homes, schools, or clinical sites as needed (approximately 20-30% travel requirement).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• State licensure as a behavior analyst (if applicable in your state).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA therapy to individuals with autism.
• Proficiency in various assessment tools and ABA methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Requirements

• Hourly Rate: Starting at $45.
