Role Description

We’re hiring BCBAs to join our team at Kids First, where we’re committed to supporting our clinicians so they can focus on what matters most — helping children and families thrive.

• Lead a team of Behavior Technicians providing in-home ABA services to children (ages 3–18).
• Conduct assessments (remote), develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate closely with families to ensure meaningful outcomes.
• Mentor and support your team through ongoing feedback and professional development.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow BACB best practices.
• Enjoy flexibility — most sessions take place after school hours, and the position is fully remote.

Location Note: While the position offers remote flexibility, candidates MUST reside in Georgia or within 50 miles of the Georgia Border. Candidate must be able to travel to Savannah once a month to see clients.

The sign-on bonus applies to candidates who also possess a valid Medicaid ID and/or are bilingual (speaking languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, or Bengali).

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience in ABA therapy preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements

• Must reside in Georgia or within 50 miles of the Georgia Border.

• Possession of a valid Medicaid ID and/or bilingual skills is a plus.
