Role Description

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Biologics Coordinator for a high-volume, multi-location dermatology practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Biologics Coordinator, with strong knowledge of biologic medications, prior authorizations, specialty pharmacies, and insurance coordination. Role would be fully virtual/remote.

• Manage prior authorizations, renewals, and appeals for biologic medications.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, specialty pharmacies, providers, and patients.
• Track pending authorizations and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate patient records and medication documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Biologics Coordinator required, preferably in Dermatology.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable.

Requirements

• Compensation: $25 per hour
