Role Description

We are sharing a specialised consulting opportunity for experienced psychiatrists with native Marathi fluency, advanced English proficiency, and strong expertise in psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, case documentation, and culturally informed mental-health practice to contribute to advanced AI training and evaluation initiatives.

Selected professionals will:

• Develop and evaluate complex psychiatric cases
• Review AI-generated reasoning in mental-health contexts
• Create bilingual psychiatric materials
• Provide expert feedback grounded in clinical practice, cultural sensitivity, and ethical standards

No prior AI experience is required; psychiatric expertise and bilingual communication are the primary qualifications.

Qualifications

• Medical degree such as MD, MBBS, or equivalent
• Completed psychiatry residency
• Valid medical licence
• Native fluency in Marathi
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
• Extensive experience in psychiatric assessment and treatment planning
• Strong background in psychiatric case documentation
• Experience working within Marathi clinical settings
• Strong understanding of culturally informed mental-health practice
• Ability to apply ethical reasoning to complex psychiatric scenarios
• Familiarity with both Western and Marathi psychiatric frameworks
• Experience developing teaching materials, case studies, or research content
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience collaborating across clinical, research, technology, or digital-health teams is advantageous
• No prior AI-training or model-evaluation experience is required

Requirements

• Independent contractor engagement
• Fully remote
• Compensation: $100–$200/hour
• Work will involve psychiatric case development, clinical assessment review, bilingual content development, AI evaluation, and expert annotation
• Native Marathi fluency and advanced English proficiency are central to this engagement
• Professional psychiatric training and completed residency are required
• A valid medical licence is required
• Assignments may involve psychiatric case studies, evaluation frameworks, bilingual materials, and mental-health reasoning tasks
• Contributors will work with interdisciplinary teams while applying independent clinical judgement
• Project scope and evaluation materials may evolve depending on research requirements
• Strong standards of cultural sensitivity, ethical judgement, and professional integrity are expected
• Work must be completed without using confidential, proprietary, patient-identifiable, protected health, or unpublished clinical information belonging to any employer, healthcare organisation, research institution, patient, client, or other third party
