Role Description

The Brook Wellness Center Inc is seeking a passionate and dedicated Bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Therapist to join our growing team in Branson West and/or Forsyth MO. Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions in both English and Spanish using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach.
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial and mental health assessments that recognize the impact of trauma, culture, and social determinants of health.
• Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans that reflect client goals, preferences, strengths, and personal experiences.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Foster emotionally and physically safe therapeutic environments that support healing, empowerment, and client engagement.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate holistic, client-centered care.
• Deliver culturally responsive and trauma-informed therapeutic services to individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as clinically appropriate while honoring client voice and choice.
• Participate in case consultations, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development focused on best practices in trauma-informed care.
• Advocate for client dignity, autonomy, and equitable access to mental health services.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri licensure as an LPC, PLPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, or equivalent licensed therapist credential.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish; bilingual and bicultural candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Experience providing individual, group, and/or family therapy in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed principles and their application within mental health treatment.
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-focused interventions, or other effective therapeutic modalities.
• Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with EHR systems.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusting therapeutic relationships with individuals from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and lived-experience backgrounds.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and client-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
