Role Description

Design, develop and implement a wide range of ABA programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

• Collaborate with families and other professionals to tailor ABA programs to specific client needs.
• Supervise direct care staff (i.e. behavior therapists) and travel between regionalized clients.
• Evaluate and update client progress reports via industry-leading data collection software.
• Participate in organizational improvements using OBM.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with only general supervision.
• 3+ years’ experience working with clients with ASD or other special needs.
• 3+ years as a BCBA overseeing client programming and behavior interventionists.
• Consistent adherence to billable standard for a minimum of 6 months.
• Experience delivering ABA services via telehealth required.
• Minimum Master’s Degree in psychology, education, social work or other related field; and BCBA certification or clinical license.
• Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation.
• Background check, tuberculosis test, Livescan fingerprint and any other funding source required clearance.
• Experience working with children.
• Comfortable working in remote environments.
• Strong desire to support and develop skills and abilities of staff.
• Highly organized.
• Professional, positive attitude and appearance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed is preferred.
