Role Description

Full or part time fully REMOTE BCBAs Needed to service clients in:

• Texas- Longview
• Texas- Kaufman
• Texas- Houston
• Indiana- Terre Haute
• Indiana- Seymour
• Indiana- Bloomington
• Arizona- Phoenix
• Arizona- Scottsdale
• Colorado- Denver
• Colorado- Colorado Springs

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in ABA or related field (education, psychology, human development, etc.)
• Board certification in behavior analysis (BCBA)
• Demonstrated ability to conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, and analyze data-driven outcomes
• Positive team player and energetic professional
• Strong organizational and time-management skills along with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Good judgment and creative thinking skills
• Experience supervising and coaching behavior technicians or RBTs in the delivery of ABA services
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in electronic health records or practice management systems and basic computer applications
• Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory care and continuous professional development; experience with autism services or pediatric populations is preferred
