[Hiring] Ayurvedic Sales Doctor / Telemedicine Consultant @Alps2Alps

Role Description

We are looking for a proactive Ayurvedic Doctor with strong communication skills and a patient-focused sales approach to join our growing telemedicine and pharmacy team. Ask Ayurveda is searching for a specialist who can build trust with patients, conduct effective consultations, and confidently recommend Ayurvedic treatment programs and products based on patients’ needs.

• Conduct phone and online consultations with incoming patients;
• Understand patient concerns and recommend suitable Ayurvedic medications and wellness programs;
• Clearly explain treatment benefits and help patients choose the most appropriate solutions;
• Support patients throughout the purchasing and order process;
• Participate in developing and improving consultation and sales scripts together with the team;
• Actively promote company products in a professional, ethical, and patient-oriented way;
• Help optimize patient communication and improve consultation conversion rates;
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to improve patient experience and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Ayurvedic Medicine;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to combine professional consultation with a consultative sales approach;
• Proactive, confident, and results-oriented personality;
• Comfortable spending significant time communicating with patients daily;
• Experience in telemedicine, consultations, or healthcare sales is a plus.
