Hiring Range: $115,000.00 - 150,000.00. Actual pay depends on specialty, experience, and performance.

Riverside Medical Group is currently seeking a Fulltime dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider to join our team with Riverside Midlife Collective in Newport News, Virginia.

The Women’s Midlife Collective Nurse Practitioner (NP) provides comprehensive, evidence‑based, patient‑centered care for women experiencing perimenopause, menopause, and post‑menopause through a virtual visit platform. Care will focus on:

• Hormonal health
• Cardiometabolic risk reduction
• Bone health
• Sexual wellness
• Mental health
• Quality‑of‑life concerns
• Healthy aging

The NP will deliver care aligned with Riverside Medical Group’s commitment to safe, high‑quality, patient‑centered service and participate in holistic women’s health care that extends beyond the reproductive system.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution.
• Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification and active licensure.
• Certification by The North American Menopause Society (NAMS) — either currently certified or able to obtain NAMS certification within one year of hire/appointment.

Requirements

• Hold an active, unrestricted RN license in Virginia or a multistate RN license through the NLC.
• Meet comprehensive and professional standards.
• Have a current, valid state of Virginia APRN/NP License issued jointly by the Board of Nursing and Board of Medicine or be eligible for one.
• Apply for and maintain Prescriptive Authority through the Board of Nursing and Board of Medicine.
• Have a valid DEA controlled substance registration.
