[Hiring] 1099 Provider (APRN/PA) @Groups

Role Description

As a Nurse Practitioner/Advance Practice Nurse (1099), you will:

• Assist in conducting intakes, seeing patients after they have undergone an extensive evaluation by the counselor.
• Monitor patients' clinical progress at regular group counseling sessions, participating by answering questions and managing patients’ medication dosing.
• Authorize patients' prescriptions during monthly visits with patient panels.
• Complete all notes and reporting in Groups EMR system within the required timeline, with full orientation/training on Clinical Protocols provided before eligibility to begin work.
• Utilize strict protocols to guide clinical decision-making and work within a unique, technology-driven, team-based clinical system for patient management and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active, Unencumbered State License (NP/APRN) in the State in which you are applying.
• Active, Individual DEA with address listed in the State in which you are applying (a separate DEA is required for prescribing in multiple states).
• DEAX designation or proof of 8 hours of qualified training as assigned by SAMHSA required for prescribing Buprenorphine.
• Minimum of 1 year actively prescribing Buprenorphine.
• Proof of Active Board Certification.
• Ability to work in-office at least 5 hours per week.
• Eligibility for hours will commence approximately 3 months after initiation of the credentialing process.
