Role Description

A national consumer financial services brand is hiring an experienced YouTube & Paid Social Media Specialist to support its peak-season marketing cycle. This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy or management seat. You will plan, build, traffic, monitor, and optimize in-house YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns, and step in on Meta and TikTok during the busiest weeks. You will work directly with the Senior Manager of Paid Social and the broader media, creative, and analytics teams.

• Own day-to-day YouTube and Demand Gen campaign execution: campaign builds, trafficking, QA, ongoing maintenance and updates
• Monitor pacing, delivery, creative performance, targeting, budgets, and other campaign-health signals across the funnel, and flag issues and opportunities before they become problems
• Analyze performance data and turn it into clear optimization recommendations and test ideas that support both brand and performance goals
• Provide hands-on Meta and TikTok execution support during peak periods
• Partner with media leadership and cross-functional teams on planning, creative execution, reporting, and measurement

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience planning, buying, and managing YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns across upper, mid, and lower funnel
• Deep familiarity with YouTube and Demand Gen setup, trafficking, QA, targeting, creative management, budget pacing, and optimization inside Google Ads
• Working knowledge of Meta and TikTok Ads Manager with the ability to jump in and execute
• Strong analytical skills and data literacy; comfortable reading campaign performance and recommending next steps
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Experience collaborating with media, creative, analytics, and data teams
• Familiarity with media reporting and measurement tools and processes

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on YouTube and paid social media buying
• Location: Remote, candidates must be based in the Central or Eastern Time Zone
• Employment type: Full-time contract, mid-December through April (40 hours/week)
