Role Description
The Video Content Manager will take full ownership of video content creation, from concept to execution, responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and distributing high-quality video content that highlights EZCORP’s products, services, and brand story. This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and plays a key role in enhancing customer engagement and brand awareness through compelling video storytelling.
- Develop scripted video concepts that align with EZCORP’s brand and marketing goals.
- Create product showcases, promotional videos, customer testimonials, educational content, and brand stories.
- Manage all aspects of video production as needed, including writing, directing, lighting, audio recording, illustration, and post-production editing.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to upload, schedule, and distribute video content across digital channels as needed.
- Ensure all videos maintain a consistent brand identity, tone, and messaging.
- Develop a video content calendar that supports company strategies, key initiatives, and targeted audiences.
- Work closely with the marketing team and other internal stakeholders to align video content with campaigns and promotions.
- Produce content for use across digital platforms including website, social, email, and in-store.
- Utilize research tools and analytics tools to test ideas, track results, make data-driven improvements, and refine content strategies.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, video best practices, and emerging formats to keep EZCORP’s content fresh and competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in video production, content creation, or digital media marketing.
- Proven experience producing high-quality video content for digital and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar.
- Strong storytelling skills with an eye for visual composition and detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of video SEO, YouTube best practices, and performance analytics is a plus.
