[Hiring] User Acquisition Manager @Boosta

Role Description

We are currently looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join our partner company, which creates personalized health and fitness products for users worldwide.

• Launch, manage, and scale advertising campaigns in Google Ads.
• Manage advertising budgets of $300,000+ and ensure their efficient allocation.
• Achieve and maintain target CPA / ROAS / ROI metrics.
• Optimize web funnels with a focus on increasing conversion rates.
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Identify growth opportunities and scale profitable campaign setups.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve ad creatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition or Performance Marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, including Google Search, Demand Gen campaigns, and the Google Display Network (GDN).
• Proven experience managing advertising budgets of $300,000+ per month.
• Hands-on experience working with web funnels.
• Strong understanding of key performance marketing metrics, including CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, and LTV.
• A data-driven approach to campaign optimization, scaling, and performance improvement.

Requirements

• Nice to have: Experience scaling advertising campaigns across global markets.
