Role Description
This role involves building a revenue rocket on TikTok Shop for Hadley Designs.
- Transform TikTok creators into a sales machine
- Recruit 1,000+ new creators monthly
- Ensure 50% of creators are posting and engage them through contests and newsletters
- Grow top 10-20 VIPs by 10% month-over-month
- Achieve 10%+ profit margins
- Analyze affiliate data weekly to refine strategies
- Run TikTok ad campaigns and optimize performance
- Collaborate with marketing for creator assets
- Manage the affiliate CRM, onboarding, and training updates
- Engage with affiliates and oversee communication with creators
- Brainstorm new sales campaigns and ride trends
- Build SOPs and partnerships to maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in social commerce or affiliate marketing
- Strong data analysis skills
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Creative and results-driven mindset
- Proficient in English
- Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools
