Role Description
- Develop and execute CRM strategies for casino and sports brands, covering customer lifecycle
- Generate customer attraction, retention, and engagement strategies
- Manage and implement CRM budgets to increase profitability
- Create targeted segments for campaigns using customer data
- Formulate and test CRM hypotheses through A/B testing
- Collaborate with design and content teams for promotion materials
- Ensure timely promotions during significant events
- Implement player activation approaches
- Build automated customer retention funnels
- Monitor key retention metrics weekly and monthly
- Improve communication metrics
Qualifications
- Commercial background in gambling or betting
- Experience with email service providers and CRM systems
- Familiarity with handling considerable budgets for marketing or sales
- Enjoying an international business perspective
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency
