[Hiring] Thought Leadership Manager @Marvel Marketers

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced, digitally minded B2B marketer to support the development and execution of executive-level thought leadership programs for a leading global technology organization. This role will own and evolve the digital strategy and end-to-end program management supporting security-focused thought leadership, including:

• Executive content
• Digital campaign activation
• Audience development
• Online engagement
• Flagship research and thought leadership initiatives

The ideal candidate is a tenacious, proactive digital marketer and strategic thinker who operates as a self-starter. You can identify opportunities, work independently with program teams, recommend new approaches, and drive initiatives to completion across time zones without waiting to be prompted. This person should be comfortable moving between strategy and execution, managing end-to-end programs rather than relying solely on promotion tactics, and navigating a highly matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.

Rather than simply coordinating existing activities, this role will be expected to continually evaluate how and where executive audiences engage digitally and bring forward recommendations for:

• Expanding reach
• Improving engagement
• Strengthening relationships with senior security decision-makers

Qualifications

• Significant experience developing and executing sophisticated B2B digital marketing programs, ideally within technology, cybersecurity, cloud, SaaS, or another complex enterprise environment.
• Strong digital marketing expertise with experience developing integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience marketing to executive and enterprise audiences, including C-suite personas.
• Strong analytical skills and experience translating campaign performance into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations.

Requirements

• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and make strategic recommendations without waiting for detailed direction.
• Experience with demand generation, ABM, paid media, email marketing, web strategy, SEO/SEM, social media, and digital events.
• Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and how content can be used to move audiences from awareness through deeper engagement.
• Experience building or optimizing digital content hubs, campaign landing pages, online communities, or similar digital experiences.
• Experience with end-to-end program management for major research and thought leadership initiatives, including annual executive research, industry studies, and security or technology reports.
• Ability to operate effectively within a highly matrixed organization and influence stakeholders across teams.
• Strong project and program management capabilities while maintaining a strategic, growth-oriented perspective.
• Curiosity around emerging digital marketing technologies, AI-enabled marketing capabilities, audience engagement strategies, and new approaches to reaching executive audiences.
