Ready to turn social media expertise into strategic impact? As Team Lead, Content & Social Media Strategy, you’ll bring your experience and leadership skills together to shape content, drive social strategy, and lead with purpose.

Your Responsibilities

• Social Media Strategy & Organic Growth
  • Own and manage the company’s organic social media channels, with a primary focus on Instagram.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Build and maintain an editorial content calendar and schedule, publish, and optimize content across social media platforms.
  • Recommend the right content formats, messaging, and publishing strategies for each platform.
  • Monitor community engagement by responding to comments and coordinating with relevant teams where necessary.
  • Analyze organic social performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Support paid social by boosting high-performing organic content when appropriate.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand Management, Marketing, content Team, creative, CRM, and ecommerce teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
  • Support the development and execution of User Generated Content (UGC) and influencer marketing initiatives as these channels grow.
• Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, establish effective workflows for the team, including organising and prioritising.
  • Set clear goals, expectations, priorities, and ways of working for the team.
  • Organise and prioritise team workload based on business needs, campaigns, deadlines, and available resources.
  • Establish and improve workflows for briefing, feedback, review rounds, approvals, versioning, and delivery.
  • Ensure the team operates efficiently and delivers high-quality content on time.
  • Provide regular feedback, support development, and help the team improve both quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with creative teams (art direction, assessing text quality, giving creative feedback).
• Proven experience as a Mid-Senior Social Media Manager, preferably within retail, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully growing organic social media accounts, particularly on Instagram.
• Experience in a Team Lead or Mentoring capacity.
• Fluent in current social media trends, content formats, and platform best practices (including algorithms and analytics).
• Experienced in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Metricool, etc).
• Strong organizational, project management, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex priorities.
• Creative mindset combined with analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Required Languages: Native-level German (focused on German market insights) and strong business fluent English.
