Role Description
American Veterinary Group (AVG) is seeking a passionate and creative Talent Brand Manager to join our growing team! If you're a skilled storyteller with a knack for design and a passion for building engaging online communities, we want to hear from you.
As our Talent Brand Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and amplifying our employer brand, attracting top talent to join our mission of providing exceptional veterinary care. You'll be the driving force behind our recruitment marketing efforts, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience across all touchpoints.
What You'll Do

Craft Compelling Content:
- Develop and execute engaging email marketing campaigns to nurture candidate relationships.
- Write clear, concise, and attractive job descriptions that highlight our unique culture and opportunities.
- Create compelling website copy that showcases our employer value proposition and attracts top talent.

Design Visually Stunning Materials:
- Contribute to the design and maintenance of our careers website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing experience.
- Create eye-catching printed recruitment marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and event signage.
- Design engaging digital assets for social media, email campaigns, and website content.
- Utilize design tools such as Canva and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality visuals.

Build and Engage Our Online Community:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy for LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google, driving brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and schedule engaging social media content, including text posts, images, and videos.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, questions, and feedback, responding promptly and professionally.
- Encourage employee advocacy and engagement on social media platforms.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of talent brand initiatives, providing data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent branding, recruitment marketing, or employer branding.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong design skills, with proficiency in Canva and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- A passion for animal welfare and the veterinary field is a plus.
