Role Description
This role involves facilitating data access and analysis for teams bank wide. You will be responsible for building analysis tools and leading discovery of the ever-growing digital banking portfolio. As the subject matter expert, you will have the opportunity to communicate and present your work to senior leadership on a regular basis. An ideal candidate will have significant experience working with Tableau to deliver polished production-ready reports.
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the bank to generate insightful reports and analysis.
- Act as subject matter expert on customer behavior and activity.
- Champion data-driven strategy and decision making.
- Build multi-database data sets and associated data dictionaries.
- Create ETL processes to feed customer insights to production platforms.
- Manage our BI platform and request pipeline.
- Present analysis and strategy to senior leadership clearly and effectively.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working with data and analysis tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau and SQL.
- Proven ability to create executive-level BI dashboards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with R and Python is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree from a college or university; or related training and/or experience.
