Role Description

This role involves managing outreach and engagement strategies for a podcast.

Research and identify PR firms that can provide potential podcast guests.
Conduct outreach campaigns to PR firms, pitching the podcast as a valuable platform for their clients.
Manage follow-ups and scheduling of guest appearances.
Track outreach performance and optimize outreach strategy for higher conversion.
Monitor and enhance social media engagement strategies.
Explore opportunities to increase audience interaction and reach.
Optimize YouTube video titles, descriptions, and tags for SEO ranking.
Conduct keyword research to improve search visibility.
Manage YouTube engagement, including responding to comments and increasing interaction.
Explore YouTube podcast integration to boost reach.
Manage Go High Level CRM, including setting up email automation and sales funnels.
Optimize and automate email marketing sequences to drive engagement and conversions.
Ensure proper calendar scheduling and integrations for podcast guest management.

Qualifications

Experience with PR Outreach & Lead Generation (Preferably for podcasts or media platforms).
Excellent English communication skills (Written and verbal).
Highly organized & proactive (Able to work independently with minimal supervision).
