Role Description
We are looking for a Strategic Product Marketing Lead with a strong background in B2C marketing, who is passionate about enhancing marketing strategies and elevating the company's market positioning. You will be directly responsible for increasing traffic, boosting conversion rates, and achieving revenue targets.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Create and run marketing strategies to increase sales and grow revenue.
- Improve Campaigns: Use data to enhance marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and improving conversion rates.
- Work with Teams: Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
- Track and Report on Performance: Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to inform decisions and improve results.
- Attract and Keep Customers: Develop strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones through targeted emails and campaigns.
- Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Create Fun Campaigns: Generate creative ideas for campaigns that engage and retain customers.
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in B2C marketing with a history of growing revenue.
- Fluency in written and spoken English (C1-C2).
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Strong skills in SEO, Email Marketing, and Conversion Rate Optimization.
- Experience Tracking Metrics: Ability to use data to make decisions and improve marketing efforts.
- Leadership Experience: Experience leading or working with small teams to meet goals.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and develop new customer engagement strategies.
- Good Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain ideas to the team and others.
- Experience Running Tests: Comfort with testing new ideas to determine effectiveness.
