Role Description
We’re seeking a dynamic, client-facing leader to drive brand strategy, creative execution, social media, and PR. As Senior Manager, Brand & Product Storytelling, you’ll lead the brand and design teams, crafting innovative go-to-market strategies that make a lasting impact.
- Lead the brand and design teams to craft innovative go-to-market strategies.
- Engage with creators, media, and stakeholders to amplify Juniper’s presence in the creator economy.
- React quickly to news, culture, and social trends to elevate Juniper’s creators.
Areas You’ll Own

Brand Leadership & Creative Execution
- Develop and oversee brand positioning, visual identity, and messaging across all creators.
- Lead a team of Brand Strategists and Designers to deliver world-class storytelling and compelling brand experiences.
- Ensure brand consistency across product launches, marketing campaigns, and external communications.

Go-To-Market & Product Launches
- Craft strategic, innovative GTM plans that drive engagement and conversion for creator-led products.
- Work closely with creators and partners to understand their audiences and develop customized brand strategies.
- Present Juniper’s creative vision to clients, media, and stakeholders to elevate our public-facing brand.

Client-Facing Communication & Public Relations
- Serve as a trusted brand ambassador, representing Juniper in client meetings, media opportunities, and industry events.
- Develop compelling press materials, brand stories, and media outreach strategies to expand Juniper’s public presence.
- Build relationships with creators, journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders to amplify brand visibility.

Social Media Strategy & Digital Growth
- Oversee Juniper’s social media presence, ensuring engagement, brand storytelling, and alignment with PR efforts.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to develop viral campaigns, creator spotlights, and brand initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and audience insights to optimize our brand voice and social strategy.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, creative marketing, PR, or a related field, ideally in a client-facing or media-facing role.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills—comfortable speaking to creators, media, and stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of storytelling, audience engagement, and social media trends.
- Proven ability to develop brand narratives, media pitches, and go-to-market strategies that resonate.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment between creative, marketing, and business objectives.
- Passion for the creator economy, digital culture, and innovative brand storytelling.
- Agency experience—particularly from a PR or creative agency—is a big plus.
