Role Description
This role involves taking charge of our advertising operations, ensuring efficiency, optimization, and growth in our ad revenue streams.
- Within 1 month: Understand CrazyGames’ ad tech stack, partners, and processes

Within 3 months:
- Review current setup and workflows, identifying immediate areas for improvement
- Handle incoming requests ranging from campaign setup to providing reporting to partners
- Analyze data to find areas for yield optimization
- Within 6 months: Identify opportunities for optimization and improvements across our ad stack
- Within 12 months: Lead strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth in conjunction with the leadership team
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in a similar role, either at a Publisher, Agency, or an Ad Tech company
- Intelligent, efficient, pragmatic, and organized
- Confident in knowledge of programmatic advertising (e.g. DSPs, SSPs, ID solutions, CMPs)
- Ability to understand technical concepts around programmatic advertising
- Eye for detail and the big picture, with the ability to spot patterns in large amounts of data
- Deep understanding of the advertising market, including the programmatic market
