Role Description

This role involves leading the marketing efforts at CrazyGames to grow the userbase from 35 MAU to 50 MAU and beyond.

Focus on Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Communication.
Build out Product Marketing to turn visitors into users and users into ambassadors.
Encourage game developers to submit more games, improve their current games, and refer other developers.
Manage a team of SEO, Paid User Acquisition, and Social Media experts.
Strengthen existing expertise while establishing a consistent brand voice across all channels.
Lead communication efforts towards users, game developers, and partners through various marketing channels.

Key outcomes for the role:

Within 1 month: Understand the product and implement significant improvements to communication.
Within 3 months: Understand the market and users, and create a clear marketing strategy for the year.
Within 6 months: Manage the Growth Marketing team, achieving 50% growth in social media and meeting SEO and UA targets.
Within 12 months: Improve retention by 5%, platform virality by 10%, and grow the userbase by 30%.

Qualifications

At least 8+ years experience in marketing roles.
Demonstrated success in a senior marketing role, preferably with a digital consumer product at scale.
Extensive hands-on experience in Product Marketing.
Solid understanding of Growth Marketing strategies, particularly in User Acquisition, SEO, and Digital Marketing.
Proven creative ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Genuine interest in gaming and digital trends.

Requirements

Ability to develop and implement strategies that effectively understand and engage target audiences.
Experience in crafting compelling marketing materials, press releases, and content.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Experience in working remotely and managing multiple projects.
