Role Description

This role involves leading the implementation and analysis of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives across various digital platforms.

Leverage technical expertise to set up and manage tests effectively
Interpret test results and provide actionable insights to drive continuous optimization
Enhance user experience and maximize conversion rates
Drive revenue growth for the organization

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in the CRO or A/B testing fields
Ability to work independently and productively with cross-functional teams
Ability to understand consumer behavior through qualitative and quantitative analysis
Strong data analysis skills with a comprehensive perspective
Customer-centric, analytical, and ROI-based approach to decision-making
Creative and relentless problem-solver

Requirements

Be part of the Retention-Store/Subscriptions squads as an expert in optimization metrics
Expand CRO capabilities and processes across the company
Develop the web testing and personalization strategy and roadmap
Implement the entire testing process from ideation through analysis and retrospectives
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in CRO
Establish a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement
