[Hiring] Solution Advisory Senior Analyst @Accenture

Role Description

Support global sales teams by transforming market insights, research, and offering knowledge into persuasive sales messages, proposals, and go-to-market assets. You will contribute to opportunities across North America, Europe, and other global markets.

• Analyze offering, market, and contract information to support sales planning and initial client conversations.
• Develop compelling proposal responses using approved content, research, GenAI tools, and creative writing.
• Support solution development by contributing to the approach, team structure, pricing narrative, and differentiators.
• Create and maintain sales assets, including presentations, narratives, graphics, FAQs, credentials, and proposal content.
• Partner with global sales teams and subject matter experts to respond to business needs and continuously improve sales materials.

Qualifications

• English – B2/C1 level.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5 years of experience in proposals, marketing, sales, business development, or sales support within business services.
• Experience creating business-to-business sales or marketing communications.
• Advanced writing and editing skills in English.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience using GenAI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.
• Experience collaborating with sales teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders across departments and organizational levels.

Requirements

• Experience creating sales or marketing communications within professional services.
• Experience developing proposal responses, presentation decks, charts, tables, and sales graphics.
• Analytical, organizational, project management, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities in a global team environment.
