[Hiring] Social Media Manager @Pavago

Role Description

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Social Media Manager to own and grow the company’s presence across multiple social media platforms. This is not a scheduling-only role. We’re looking for someone who genuinely lives and breathes social media—someone who understands platform culture, creates content that feels native to each channel, and knows how to build engaged online communities.

From day one, you’ll take ownership of 10 social media accounts, beginning with a comprehensive account audit and strategic improvement plan. You’ll then execute platform-specific content strategies, create engaging short-form content, manage community engagement, and optimize performance across:

• LinkedIn
• X (Twitter)
• StockTwits
• YouTube
• TikTok
• Facebook
• Instagram
• Reddit
• Bluesky
• Pinterest

If you understand that what performs on LinkedIn is very different from what succeeds on TikTok, Reddit, or StockTwits—and can adapt accordingly—this role is for you.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
• Strong background in B2B, SaaS, finance, or investor-focused social media marketing.
• Demonstrated success growing engagement and building online communities.
• Strong short-form video creation and editing skills.
• Experience conducting social media audits and developing actionable content strategies.
• Strong understanding of platform-native content and audience behavior.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
