Role Description

We are looking for a creative and organised Social Media Manager to take ownership of content planning, social media and campaign execution. The role will cover:

• Social media
• Content creation
• Video
• Copywriting
• Digital campaigns
• Email marketing
• Light design

Working closely with the sales and core team to turn ideas into engaging and commercially focused content. The successful candidate will be comfortable taking an idea from concept through to execution, coordinating the people involved and ensuring content and campaigns are delivered on time.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in social media management, content marketing, digital marketing, campaign management or a similar role.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Experience creating and managing social media content.
• Experience with video content creation and basic video editing.
• Experience using Canva or similar design tools.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and customer journeys.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Experience working with websites, landing pages, email campaigns or marketing platforms.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

• Experience with SEO and content optimisation.
• Experience with email marketing and automation platforms.
• Experience building funnels and landing pages.
• Photography and photo-editing experience.
• Experience working with sales teams.
• Experience in a recruitment, property or professional services environment.
