Role Description
Good Good Good is looking for a social media content producer with experience in journalism to help build and maintain our social media presence across Good Good Good's accounts. This is an entry-level position at a fast-paced independent news startup that's shaping what good news looks like online. You'll have a critical role in interrupting someone's doomscrolling with a news headline that's actually hopeful for a change.
You'll work directly with our Social Media Editor to curate, plan, write, and design content in alignment with Good Good Good's voice, brand, and point of view β with zero AI involved in the writing and design. You'll help dive into analytics and report on successes to develop and adapt our content strategy.
What this role looks like week to week

We post good news stories on social media at volume. You'd curate, research, write, edit, design, and post as many as 10 posts per day across multiple platforms. This high-volume approach isn't the best fit for every content producer.
We want to be the first ones to tell someone something good has happened in the world β and give them the tools to tell their friends and followers about it, too.
