Role Description

We're looking for a Social Media and Email Marketing Support to join our growing team at HELM!

In this role, you will support the execution of email and social media marketing by:

• Building, formatting, and preparing content in HubSpot and across social platforms for manager review and scheduling
• Ensuring all public-facing content is accurate, on-brand, and ready to go out smoothly

Responsibilities

• Email Marketing Support:
  • Build and format marketing emails inside HubSpot
  • Set up smart content and audience-based variations within emails
  • Ensure emails are clean, accurate, and aligned with brand tone and guidelines
  • Prepare emails for review by the Email Marketing Manager
  • Make revisions based on feedback prior to scheduling
• Social Media Support:
  • Prepare and format social media content for multiple platforms
  • Organize and prepare posts for scheduling (final scheduling handled by the Social Media Marketing Manager)
  • Monitor social media inboxes, direct messages, mentions, and tags
  • Respond to messages and comments using existing brand voice and response frameworks
  • Escalate messages or inquiries when needed, following internal processes

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• 2+ years of experience in email marketing and social media engagement
• Proficiency with Google Workspace
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable executing repetitive but important tasks with consistency
• A good eye for what works and the ability to format and structure content to go out ahead of manager review
• Able to follow brand voice and response guidelines closely
• Prior experience with HubSpot, creating smart content
• Experience with Sprout is a nice to have
• HubSpot Email Marketing certification is a nice to have, not required

Requirements

• Location: Fully remote (contractor basis)
• Weekly Hours: 25 hours per week, within 9am - 5pm EST
• Pay Range: $1700 - $2000 per month, depending on experience
• Equipment: BYO devices (we provide necessary software)
