In this role, you will execute best-in-class SEO work integrated into a broader growth engine to ensure organic search serves as a consistent revenue channel.
Job Responsibilities

Technical & AI Search Optimisation

Conduct comprehensive technical audits and resolve issues with discoverability, site speed, structured data, and indexation.

Implement emerging AI search optimisation and Generative Engine Optimisation practices.

Monitor search engine algorithm changes and industry developments to maintain best-in-class standards.

On-Page & Content Strategy

Develop and execute on-page strategies including keyword mapping, metadata optimisation, and internal linking.

Collaborate with content teams to brief, review, and optimise content for search intent and acquisition.

Client Strategy & Account Management

Serve as a trusted point of contact for assigned accounts, providing strategic recommendations and support.

Produce clear, insight-led performance reports connecting organic search activity to commercial outcomes.

Manage the timely delivery of SEO projects across multiple accounts while maintaining quality standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work alongside web development, CRO, paid search, content, and data teams to integrate SEO across digital strategies.

Share industry insights and best practices across the wider team to support continuous learning.
Qualifications

Proven experience working in an SEO role within a digital agency setting.

Demonstrated knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and content strategy.

Proficiency with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog.

Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear client insights.

Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Nice-to-Have Skills

Familiarity with AI search and Generative Engine Optimisation concepts.

Experience working with Webflow, Shopify, or enterprise CMS platforms.
