Role Description
We are hiring remote "SEO Specialist". Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 4:30pm PST
- Manage and scale Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads.
- Set up and Optimize flows and weekly campaigns.
- Build and test creative.
- Understand retention.
- Comfortable with adjusting industry content.
- Demonstrated success as an SEO executive or in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful SEO campaigns and improved international website rankings.
- Experience in international Ecommerce site SEO Work.
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve website ranking and align SEO strategies with overall business goals and target market requirements.
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for content optimization.
- Conduct on-page and off-page optimization, including link building, to improve website visibility and authority.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics and Search Console, to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform regular website audits to identify technical issues, improve site speed, and ensure proper indexing by search engines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and search engine algorithm changes, adapting SEO strategies accordingly to maintain and improve website rankings.
- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented throughout the website.
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master's degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO Executive/ Specialist or similar role, with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience.
- Relevant certifications, such as Google Analytics or Google Ads, are a plus.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficient in using SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in on-page and off-page optimization techniques, including keyword research, content optimization, and link building.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for basic website optimization.
- This SEO person will need to be able to work without paid advertising.
