Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to join our team! If you have a passion for building strong relationships, driving customer success, and creating meaningful partnerships, we want to hear from you.
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. You’ll oversee client accounts, manage day-to-day communications, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.
This is a fully remote position, but you should be available for client calls and meetings during EST working hours or night shift in PH.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters.
- Understand client needs and work proactively to ensure their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
- Prepare and present regular client reports and updates.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts.
- Handle client inquiries, requests, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Be available for client calls and meetings during EST working hours.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Services Manager, or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships and trust.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs.
- Experience working with remote teams and familiarity with digital collaboration tools.
- Availability for client calls and meetings during EST working hours.
