[Hiring] Senior User Acquisition Manager @ARB Interactive

Role Description

Modo Casino, Modo Boxes, and our upcoming futures products all need players, and you're the one who gets them there. You'll run the campaigns, own the budget, and put AI tools to work every day to make more, test faster, and find what wins. You'll build it with our marketing, product, and analytics teams, and now's a great time to jump in.

Your playbook

• Opening moves
  • Dive into Modo Casino, Modo Boxes, and our futures launches, and get a feel for what's working today.
  • Take a hard look at performance across channels and find the first wins to scale.
• The main game
  • Run user acquisition across paid social (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok), Google Ads, Demand Side Platforms, Connected TV, and Radio/Podcasts.
  • Own our Google Search campaigns from first idea to final report, and reach players who are already looking.
  • Make ad creative with AI tools like Higgsfield, and lean on Claude for analysis, reporting, copy ideas, and workflows.
  • Keep an eye on CPI, CPA, LTV, and ROI, and make every dollar of budget count.
  • Test creative, landing pages, and targeting, then act fast on what you learn.
• Bonus rounds
  • Hunt for new channels and tools that widen our mix and bring in fresh growth.
  • Team up with marketing, product, and analytics so acquisition fits where the product is headed.
  • Share results and recommendations with stakeholders, and bring new AI tools to the team when they make us faster.

Qualifications

• You've spent 3+ years managing and optimizing user acquisition campaigns, ideally in mobile gaming or social casino.
• You've run Google Search campaigns at scale and have the results to show for it.
• You've used AI tools in your work, like Higgsfield or similar creative tools, and Claude or a similar AI assistant.
• You know your way around attribution and analytics platforms like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.
• You turn data into clear decisions and explain them well.
• You work independently, juggle multiple projects, and like the pace of a startup.

Requirements

• Experience with other acquisition channels like paid social, programmatic, or affiliate.
• Familiarity with the social casino market and player behavior.
