[Hiring] Senior SFMC Backend Developer @Sparix Global.

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer.

• Hands-on experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
• Strong knowledge of Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) or related capabilities
• Proven experience with transactional email campaigns, preferably within the retail industry
• Advanced proficiency in HTML and CSS, with a strong focus on email development best practices
• Expertise in rendering across email clients, especially Microsoft Outlook (MSO)
• Solid understanding of Dark Mode compatibility and responsive email design
• Extensive experience with AMP Script (mandatory requirement)
• Ability to build dynamic, personalized, and data-driven email content
• Practical experience with key SFMC tools, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio and Triggered Sends
• Strong understanding of end-to-end campaign workflows, including setup, execution, and optimization
• Experience in testing and quality assurance across SFMC platforms, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation workflows
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively during a temporary coverage period
