[Hiring] Senior Performance Marketing Specialist @Fortis Media

Role Description

We're looking for an experienced performance marketer who can confidently take ownership of paid media strategy and execution across multiple client accounts. You'll thrive in this role if you're a proactive problem-solver who enjoys working directly with clients, making informed decisions, and finding innovative ways to improve campaign performance while contributing to the growth of the agency.

• Develop client-specific paid media strategies and lead end-to-end campaign delivery across Meta, TikTok, and other relevant channels
• Build campaign structures, audience strategies, budget plans, and testing roadmaps
• Run and measure A/B tests to improve campaign performance and achieve campaign goals
• Monitor live campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations across targeting, creatives, placements, bids, and budgets
• Interpret campaign data into actionable insights, recommendations, and optimization plans
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking, campaign measurement, and forecasting processes
• Lead reporting and forecasting while turning performance data into clear next steps
• Advise on creative direction based on campaign performance, platform best practices, and business objectives
• Collaborate with the Digital Account Strategist to support client success and account growth
• Make proactive pivots to campaign strategy based on performance data, market trends, and expertise
• Participate in client meetings and support proposals or sales conversations
• Improve internal processes, SOPs, reporting systems, and workflows
• Contribute expertise to proposals by defining realistic scopes and effective solutions for prospective clients

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally within an agency environment
• Strong hands-on experience with paid social, particularly Meta and TikTok, as well as programmatic advertising across multiple DSPs
• A strong commercial and analytical mindset
• Strong technical knowledge of tracking, attribution and measurement
• Experience with performance tracking and attribution tools such as Keitaro
• Hands-on experience with cloaking is highly desirable
• Experience working in iGaming, FinTech, Crypto or other highly regulated industries
• Experience negotiating, acquiring and setting up Business Managers and advertising accounts
• A strategic approach to audience development and growth
• Strong creative and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Resourceful, commercially minded and comfortable with ambiguity
• Fluent English communication skills

Requirements

• Experience with email marketing campaigns / CRM initiatives (nice-to-have)
• Experience with Google Ads (nice-to-have)
• Knowledge or experience with Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) (nice-to-have)
• Experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder relationships (nice-to-have)
